At SmartWings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home automation experience. If your smart window treatments or accessories do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, remotes, and instruction manuals are included.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the item condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
